Performance
This appliance has been awarded the highest level of freezing performance. This means it can freeze food at -18°C or below, freeze fresh food and store items for really long periods. Design
The U5511W has three large drawers, which are made from a transparent plastic material, and one handy ice cube tray. The door can be opened from either side which may help the unit fit into your kitchen. The handle is stylishly cut away from the door, which complements the smart, white design.
This freezer can run for up to 15 hours without a mains connection to protect you food in the event of a power cut.
At checkout you pick a delivery date which is suitable for you, then once your order has been processed you will receive a message the evening before confirming your 2hr delivery slot. The areas we deliver to on weekends will vary and we may not be able to offer a weekend delivery to your area.
Delivery Times
Our standard deliveries are made between the hours of 6am and 8pm, 6 days a week. A signature will be required upon delivery.
2-Hour Time slots
You will be notified of your 2-hour delivery time slot by email or SMS between 6pm and 9pm the day before delivery.
Failed Delivery Charges
Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for delivery and we are prevented from delivering the goods due to there being no one at the address, or we are unable to make the delivery for other reasons such as those mentioned above, you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. This also applies if you cancel a delivery after the goods have been loaded onto the van for delivery to you. Details of failed delivery charges are set out in our Terms & Conditions
